For the ingredients, we need chicken breast (in fillet form, opened but not flattened), garlic, fresh parsley, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and a mix of fine herbs.

In a small bowl, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add the fine herbs to the bowl, using a handful (what you can take with three fingers).

Mix the ingredients in the bowl.

Wash the chicken breasts and dry them with a paper towel.

Season the chicken with salt and black pepper on both sides according to your taste.

Using a brush, apply the fine herbs mixture on both sides of the chicken breasts.

Let the chicken marinate for a while.
