1

Start by making the sauce: take 1 tablespoon of Kang, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of organic honey, and 1 tablespoon of water. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

2

Cut 60 g of water-removed firm tofu into bite-sized pieces. If you want extra spiciness, cut some chilies into small pieces to add later.

3

Put a pan on medium heat and add 100 g of lean ground beef. Start frying it until it's almost cooked thoroughly.

4

Once the beef is almost done, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to the pan. You can add pepper and a bit of salt if desired, but the creator skips this step.

5

When the beef is fully cooked, clean the pan and fry 1 egg in it with some oil.

6

Clean the pan again and add the tofu pieces. Fry them over medium-low heat until they start turning golden, which takes about 5 to 6 minutes. Then take them out and set aside.

7

To assemble the dish, start with 50 g of rice. Add the cooked beef and tofu on top.

8

Add 40 g of mixed salad to the dish, which is a convenient way to include various vegetables without waste.

9

If desired, add some chilies. Pour the sauce over the dish and finally place the fried egg on top. Your dish is now ready to be served.
