Sauté minced garlic in 1 tsp sesame oil.

Fry carrots separately.

Fry spinach separately.

Sauté garlic and onion together.

Cook 150g beef with 1 tbsp Korean hot pepper paste, 1/2 tbsp white sugar, and 1 tbsp sesame oil for 5 minutes.

Combine cooked carrots, spinach, soybean sprouts, kimchi, and beef together.

Top with a runny egg.
