Melt the butter.
Dissolve the yeast in the milk.
Mix all remaining ingredients in.

Knead just until fairly uniform, about 5 minutes.
Let it rise in a covered bowl for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 16 pieces, forming them into balls by folding the edges into the middle or rolling them.
Place them on a greased baking tray or baking paper with the hole down.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) convection.
Let them rise for 30 minutes, covered.
Brush the balls with milk just before baking.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until well golden.
Cool them off and store in a plastic bag until ready to eat.
