Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

4 large russet potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly. Pat them dry with a towel.

Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into wedges (about 8 wedges per potato).

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the oil and spice mixture.

Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot potato wedges.
