Slice off the top and bottom of the green bell pepper to create channels.

Slice the green bell pepper into strips using a rolling technique.

Dice the onion using a preferred technique, cutting lines and then dicing.

Heat olive oil on the griddle.

Spread the thin sliced rib eye on the griddle and season with salt and pepper.

Add the sliced green bell pepper and diced onion to the beef on the griddle.

Preheat the other side of the griddle to medium heat.

Prepare a sauce by mixing Duke's mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
