Mix in gravy granules, Maggie seasoning, salt, and cracked black pepper.
Switch on the slow cooker and let it cook for 3-4 hours.
After 3-4 hours, check if the meat is tender.
Prepare the dumplings using dumpling mix and self-raising flour, then drop them into the hot stew to cook.
