Savory Dinner Rolls
Combine 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of instant dry yeast, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt in a bowl.
Add 1 and 1/4 cups of warm water and stir the mixture slightly.
Incorporate 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the mixture.
Knead the dough until it isn't too wet or too dry, then let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Knead the dough again for a few minutes.
Let the dough rest in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
Prepare the filling by chopping a bunch of parsley and a bunch of dill.
In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, 2 cloves of minced garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
After the dough has rested, transfer it onto a floured surface.
Roll the dough into a rectangle.
Spread the butter mixture evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle the chopped parsley and dill over the butter mixture.
Divide the dough into 12 small rolls, using a thread to count them if desired.
Let the rolls rest for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Bake the rolls for about 20 minutes.
Let the rolls cool down for about 20 minutes before serving.
