1 cup water
1/4 cup mayonnaise
7.5 ounces chive and onion cream cheese

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pound ground beef
1 diced white onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
fresh parsley
3 tablespoons milk
under 1 pound spaghetti noodles
jar of Prego marinara sauce
2 yellow potatoes, peeled and diced

In a pan, add 1 pound of ground beef and 1 diced white onion, crumble the beef and cook until completely cooked through.
