Tacos with Ground Beef

Add salt to the flour and mix well.

Add water and oil to the flour and combine until crumbly using a cooking stick.

Add soda and mix by hand into a rough dough.

Transfer the dough onto a workboard and knead until smooth.

Put the dough in a dish, cover, and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Divide the dough into eight pieces weighing 51g each.

Put a drop of oil on one sheet of baking paper and place one piece of dough on it.

Roll the dough into a 20 cm circle, turning the baking papers anticlockwise after each roll.

Heat a pan on medium to low until hot, rub a bit of oil on the pan, and place the dough in the pan.

Cook for 30 seconds on one side, then flip and cook for 20 seconds on the other side.

Remove from the pan and place on a plate, covering with a kitchen towel and a lid to keep soft.

Repeat the same process for the remaining pieces of dough.

In a pan, add 2 tbsp of oil and heat on medium until hot.

Turn the beef to the other side and fry until browned for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

Add cumin, cocoa, paprika, oregano, black pepper, chili flakes, tomato paste, minced garlic, sugar, and sto powder; mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Add 8 tablespoons of water, stir, and cook for 1 minute.

Add the beans and cook for 2 minutes.

Add cha cheese and GAA cheese, cover with a lid, and let it melt for 3 minutes on low heat.

Turn off the heat and garnish with spring onion and parsley.

To make salsa, combine chopped cherry tomatoes, spring onion, lemon juice, and a bit of salt; mix well and set aside.

To make the sauce, combine yogurt, ketchup, salt, and a bit of garlic powder; mix well and keep aside.

In a pan, add a bit of oil and heat on medium to low.

Place one taco wrap in the pan and warm for 30 seconds on one side, then flip and warm for 20 seconds on the other side.

Put the wrap on a plate and assemble by adding the cheesy ground beef filling, followed by gura cheese, cheddar cheese, lettuce, avocado, and the sauce.

Fold the taco in half and serve.
