200g dark chocolate
1/4 cup toffee sauce
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup chocolate crumb
1/4 cup chocolate discs

Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the chocolate mixture.
