Wash the harvested habaneros and slice them in half, removing the seeds.
Chop up some carrots and onion, and add bell pepper for sweetness.
Toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil and lightly salt them.
Place the vegetables on a roasting rack in a convection oven set to 425°F for about 15 minutes.
Roast the vegetables until they have a nice char, ensuring they are not burnt.
Remove the roasted vegetables from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.
Add the previously roasted garlic to the cooled roasted vegetables.
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth, adding any additional citrus or peppers as desired.
