1

Remove the crust from the bread and leave the soft part inside.

2

Add some water to the bread and mash it properly using your hands.

3

Add 1 egg to the mashed bread mixture.

4

Add garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika to the mixture.

5

Add some olive oil and mix everything well.

6

Use beef mince with 5% fat to avoid excess fat in the meatballs.

7

Oil your hands and shape the mixture into small balls about a couple of inches in diameter.

8

Heat a non-stick pan and place the meatballs one by one without adding any additional oil.

9

Fry the meatballs, turning them frequently to ensure they cook on all sides.

10

Peel 2 kilos of large potatoes and cut them into thick cut fries.

11

If you don't have a non-stick pan, line it with baking paper.

12

Add salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, lemon juice, and olive oil to the potatoes and mix well.

13

Cook the potatoes in a preheated oven at 180°C for about half an hour.

14

After half an hour, take the potatoes out and stir them to ensure even cooking.

15

Place the potatoes back in the oven for another half hour.

16

Prepare the tzatziki by grating a whole cucumber (no need to peel) and washing it first.

17

Put the grated cucumber in a colander with some salt to drain its juices.

18

Mash together some cloves of garlic with salt to create a smooth texture.

19

Move the drained cucumber to a bowl and add the tzatziki and full fat yogurt.

20

Add some olive oil to the cucumber mixture and mix well.
