Steam cook the apples on low flame for 1 hour.

Add ginger, vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, red chili flakes, garam masala, and brown sugar to the steamed apples.

Mix well.

Add tamarind paste and dry ginger powder to the mixture.

Blend with a hand blender until smooth.
