Cook lean ground beef in a large pan over medium-high heat until completely browned.

Drain the fat from the cooked beef.

Add water to the beef in the pan.

Add taco seasoning and corn starch to the beef mixture.

Stir the mixture and let it simmer for about three to four minutes or until the sauce thickens.

Let the beef mixture cool completely.

In a baking dish, place a layer of refried beans on the bottom.

Add a layer of Mexican blend cheese on top of the refried beans.

Add the ground beef mixture as the third layer.

Spread sour cream over the ground beef as the fourth layer.

Add a layer of guacamole on top of the sour cream.

Spread salsa over the guacamole as the sixth layer.

Top with another layer of cheese.

Finish with chopped tomatoes and chopped cilantro as the final layer.
