In a separate bowl, whisk together 2/3 cup of creamy salad dressing (Miracle Whip), 1/2 cup of white sugar, 3 teaspoons of vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of poppy seeds, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt until smooth and creamy.
