Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well until fully combined.
  2. 2Add the chopped green onions, cucumber, salt, and black pepper to the tuna mixture. Stir until evenly distributed.
  3. 3Cut the nori sheets into quarters or desired bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4Spoon a small amount of the tuna mixture onto each piece of nori.
  5. 5If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the tuna mixture for added flavor and texture.
  6. 6Carefully roll or fold the nori around the tuna mixture to create a bite-sized wrap.
  7. 7Repeat the process until all the tuna mixture is used up.
  8. 8Serve immediately as a snack or appetizer, or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving for a chilled option.
