Pour the blended corn into a nut milk bag or a thin white kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible, discarding the solids afterward.

In a pot, pour 3 cups of milk and add 2 sticks of cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, mix 0.5 cup of milk with 5 tablespoons of cornstarch until completely dissolved.

Place the pot of milk on medium-high heat and stir constantly to avoid sticking.

Bring the milk mixture to a simmer.

Once simmering, add the blended corn liquid and keep stirring.

Add 4.5 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt, stirring to combine.

Add the cornstarch mixture to the pot and keep stirring until it starts to thicken and comes to a gentle simmer.
