Slice the chicken breasts through the center and season with black pepper and pink himalayan salt on both sides.

Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, then sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter and all-purpose flour; cook for about 3 minutes until the flour is cooked.

Add the sour cream, milk, and the rest of the spices to the pan and mix well to create the sauce.

Once the sauce thickens, add the chicken breasts back into the pan, coating them with the sauce.

Cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes on medium-low heat until the chicken absorbs the flavors.
