Preheat to 200C/392F.
Half bell peppers and remove seeds, lay skin side up on a baking tray (lined with parchment).
Roast tomatoes, garlic cloves (in the skin) and bell pepper for 5-7 minutes on the high shelf until charred and soft.
In a blender add all the ingredients (after removing the skin from garlic) and blend.
