Add a third cup of bird seed to the mixture and mix again.
Add an additional half cup of bird seed to achieve the desired consistency similar to Rice Krispie treats.
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper, placing the waxy side up.
Press the mixture into the lined cookie sheet, ensuring it's packed down well.
Let the mixture sit outside for about 30 minutes to harden.
After it hardens, lift it out using the wax paper and cut it into squares using a chef knife.
