1 small onion, diced
1 medium sweet potato, peeled and diced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup brown rice
