2–3 potatoes
1–1.2 liters vegetable or chicken broth (about 4–5 cups)
100 g cream (about ⅓ cup)

olive oil
a bunch of parsley

Wash and slice the leek.

Add olive oil to a large pot.

Add the chopped onion and sliced leek to the pot.

Add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of Italian herbs or thyme.
