Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Chili & Crockpot Apple Crumb Cake | Dump & Go Meals (So easy) Crockpot Meal

- ●1 lb ground chicken
- ●1 tbsp olive oil
- ●1 medium onion, diced
- ●2 cloves garlic, minced
- ●1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- ●1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- ●1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- ●1 cup chicken broth
- ●1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- ●1 tsp cumin
- ●1 tsp chili powder
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/2 tsp black pepper
- ●1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
- ●1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- 1In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- 2Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
- 3Add the ground chicken to the pot, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- 4Stir in the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, buffalo sauce, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 5Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more buffalo sauce for extra heat if desired.
- 7Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and shredded cheddar cheese if using.

- ●2 cups peeled and diced apples (such as Granny Smith)
- ●1/2 tsp cinnamon
- ●1/2 cup brown sugar
- ●1/2 cup rolled oats
- ●1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- 2In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- 3In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- 4Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- 5Mix in the sour cream until well combined.
- 6Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- 7Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon until evenly distributed.
- 8Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- 9In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, rolled oats, and chopped walnuts (if using) to make the crumb topping. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the batter.
- 10Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- 11Allow the cake to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
