Garlic Parmesan Roasted Green Beans

1 pound green beans
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Wash and dry 1 pound of green beans thoroughly.

Trim both ends off the green beans.

In a bowl, combine the green beans, 4 cloves of garlic (cut into larger pieces), 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of partially melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix everything together until the green beans are coated.

Line a sheet tray with foil and spread the green beans in a single layer on the tray.

Shave a little more parmesan cheese on top of the green beans.

Place the tray in the preheated oven and roast for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the green beans are cooked to your liking.

Chop some Italian flat leaf parsley for garnish.
