Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil. Add YiPPee! Mood Masala Noodles & Main Masala Mix.

Add Mood Mix Masala as per taste.

Cook till the noodles are done. Keep aside.

Heat another pan and add oil.

Add garlic and onion. Sauté till the onion turns slightly pink in color.

Add tomato, turmeric, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, YiPPee! Mood Masala as per your taste and salt.

Mix well and cook till the tomato turns soft. Now add chopped boiled eggs. Mix well.

Lay noodles on a plate in the form of a nest with a cavity in the center.

Add boiled egg masala in the center of this nest, sprinkle some YiPPee! Mood Masala and serve hot!
