Oil-4 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Garlic-1 tbsp-finely chopped
Ginger-1 tsp-finely chopped
Onion-3 medium-finely chopped
Curry leaves
Green chilli-3 Nos-finely chopped
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Red chili powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sambar powder 1 tbsp

Heat oil in a pan.

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add finely chopped garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.

Add finely chopped onions and cook until translucent.

Add curry leaves and finely chopped green chilies, stir well.

Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Add the cooked Basmati rice and mix everything well.

Sprinkle sambar powder and mix again.

Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
