Prepare a bowl and add 4 oz (113 g) of butter.
Add 4 tablespoons of sugar to the butter.
Add a pinch of salt to the mixture.
Use a spatula to cream the butter and sugar together until well combined.
Add approximately 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix well.
Incorporate 1 egg into the mixture and mix until well combined.
Add 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour and 1/2 cup of rice flour to the mixture.
Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of instant yeast.
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until a dough forms, using a spatula or your hands.
Let the dough rest for 4 to 5 minutes while greasing the muffin tins.
Cut the dough into 12 equal portions.
Roll each portion into a circle and place them into the greased muffin tins to form baskets.
Fill each basket with strawberry jelly, adding as much as desired.
Use leftover dough to create decorative pieces for the tops of the baskets.
Roll out the leftover dough thinly and cut into small decorative shapes.
Place the decorative pieces on top of each filled basket, pressing them down gently.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Bake the baskets in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until fragrant and golden brown.
After 20 minutes, check the baskets to see if they are done.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool before unmolding.
