In a large bowl, combine warm water and sugar; sprinkle yeast on top and let it sit until foamy.
In another bowl, mix bread flour and fine sea salt; gradually add to the yeast mixture.
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf; place it in a greased loaf pan.
Cover and let it rise again until it reaches the top of the pan; preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack before slicing.
