Instructions

  1. 1Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters.
  2. 2Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add a pinch of salt.
  3. 3Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat and cook the potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
