1/4 Cup/60ml/Tomato Puree
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
500 g /3-4 Medium Yellow Potatoes-Cut into wedges
2 cups/1 Can Cooked Chickpeas
1+1/2 Tbsp Garlic-Finely chopped
260 g Red onion-2 Small -cut into thick slices
200 g Tomatoes
200g Green Beans -cut long pieces
Salt to taste
3+ 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp parsley-finely chopped
1 Tbsp fresh Dill
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Black Pepper to taste
