Combine 2 cups of flour, 75 ml of water, 1/3 cup of sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Add 15 g of dry yeast and mix well.

Knead the dough for about 15 minutes until well combined and smooth.

Let the dough rest in a plastic container for 30 minutes.

After resting, divide the dough into 5 equal pieces.

Flatten each piece and create a canalito (small channel) in the center for the cheesecake filling.

Prepare a baking tray by greasing it and place the flattened dough pieces in it.

For the cheesecake filling, mix 112 g of cream cheese, 100 ml of sweetened condensed milk, and 2 eggs in a bowl.

Add vanilla to taste and mix until smooth.

Pour the cheesecake filling into the canals of the dough.
