maida - 2 tbsp
cornflour - ¼ Cup
black pepper powder - ¼ tsp
water - ¼ Cup
oil - 2 tbsp
garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
red chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
water - ½ Cup
honey - ¼ Cup
spring onions (chopped) - 1 tbsp + finely chopped
toasted sesame seeds - For Garnish

To a bowl, add the cauliflower florets, add hot water and salt. Let the cauliflower soak for 10 minutes and strain it and put it back in the bowl.

Add cornflour, maida, salt, pepper and water and mix well till the cauliflower is coated with the batter.

Heat oil in a kadai and fry the cauliflower till it turns golden brown and crispy. Keep it aside.

Heat a pan, add oil, add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute till they turn light brown.

Add the chilli flakes and let it fry for a second and then add the water.

Add honey and mix well till it combines with the water and becomes a thick sauce.

Add the fried cauliflower, chopped spring onion and toss well till the cauliflower is coated with the sauce.

Garnish it with toasted sesame seeds and serve it hot.
