In a heavy skillet, add 800 milliliters water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 400 grams cauliflower and boil for 3 - 4 minutes. Remove it from heat.

In a bowl, add 1 litre water and boiled cauliflower. Wash it well.

In a blender, add 30 grams white spring onions, 1 tablespoon garlic cloves, 150 grams bell pepper, 1 tablespoon green chili, 1 tablespoon ginger and blend it well.

In a bowl, add 140 grams all purpose flour, 30 grams corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 150 milliliters water and whisk it well.

Dip boiled cauliflower in it.

Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.

Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.

Heat 20 milliliters sesame oil in a pan, add blended mixture and stir well.

Add 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons red chilli sauce, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

Add 150 milliliters water and cook for 3 - 4 minutes.

In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons corn flour, 2 tablespoons water and mix it well.

Pour this over prepared mixture and stir well.

Add fried cauliflower and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon green spring onions and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Remove it from heat.

Garnish with white sesame seeds and green spring onions.

Serve hot.
