1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes or Korean red pepper flakes (Gochugaru)
Salt to taste
2 slices Turkey or Ham (Optional)
2 slices Cheese (Optional) (I used cheddar cheese slices)
Ketchup and Mayonnaise
1 tsp Sugar
Butter or oil

Prepare vegetables by shredding or finely chopping cabbage, grating or finely chopping carrots, and slicing onions and green onions.

Beat eggs in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper powder.

Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat until melted.

Add the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, sliced onions, and green onions to the skillet and sautรฉ until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Pour the beaten eggs over the vegetables and cook until set, about 2-3 minutes.

Place slices of bread on top of the egg mixture and press down gently.

Flip the toast to cook the other side until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
