Rosemary Roasted Potatoes and Carrots

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash the potatoes and carrots. Do not skin the potatoes.
Quarter the potatoes and set them aside.
In a bowl, mix half olive oil and half butter (amount depends on the quantity of potatoes).
Add 1 tablespoon of garlic lemon pepper to the oil and butter mixture.
Add 1 tablespoon of rosemary to the mixture.
Add 1 tablespoon of thyme to the mixture.
Add onion powder to the mixture (amount not specified).
Mix all the seasonings well until combined.
Add the seasoned oil and butter mixture to the quartered potatoes and stir to coat them heavily.
Spread the seasoned potatoes onto a baking sheet.
Add the remaining seasonings to the carrots and mix to coat them.
Spread the seasoned carrots onto the same baking sheet with the potatoes.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for about 1 hour, checking for doneness as needed.
Remove the potatoes and carrots from the oven once done.
