1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tbsp Salt
8-10 cloves of Garlic
1 inch Ginger
1-2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup

Marinate the chicken with turmeric, salt, crushed ginger garlic (or ginger garlic paste), Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala powder, soya sauce, and tomato ketchup.

Heat oil in a pan.
