Take 2 pieces of chicken breast and divide them into 4 parts.

Flatten the chicken pieces using a heavy object or rolling pin to equal thickness.

Squeeze juice from half a lemon over the chicken.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder on the chicken.

Add salt to taste on the chicken.
