Remove the husks from the corn cobs carefully, saving the husks for wrapping later.
Cut the corn kernels off the cobs and set aside the cobs for later use.
Blend the corn kernels with a small amount of milk until smooth, ensuring not to add too much liquid.
In a mixing bowl, combine the blended corn with 3 eggs and 1 cup of sugar, mixing well.
Add 1 cup of oil to the mixture and continue to mix until well combined.
Incorporate 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of anise into the mixture, stirring until homogeneous.
Cut the cheese into thin slices or cubes, depending on preference, to be added later.
Prepare the corn husks by soaking them in warm water until pliable.
Spoon approximately 3 tablespoons of the corn mixture onto the center of each corn husk, adding a piece of cheese on top.
Fold the sides of the husk over the filling and tie securely with strips of husk or kitchen twine.
Place the wrapped humintas upright in a pot, using the reserved corn cobs at the bottom to prevent burning.
Add about 2 liters of previously boiled water to the pot, ensuring the water does not touch the humintas directly.
Cover the pot and steam the humintas for about 1.5 hours, checking that the water does not evaporate completely during cooking.
Once the husks turn yellow, the humintas are done; remove them from the pot and let cool slightly before serving.
