Using water is budget-friendly and can be flavored with spices.
Rinse off the kale thoroughly.
Bend the kale in half and cut the stem off.
Cut the kale into bite-sized pieces.
Place the kale in a salad spinner to remove moisture.
Add about 2 tablespoons of alkaline garlic oil to a skillet.
Add 1/4 cup of chopped red peppers and 1/4 cup of chopped onions to the skillet.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt to the skillet.
Heat the skillet on high and sauté the mixture for a couple of minutes until fragrant.
Turn the heat down to medium and add the chopped kale to the skillet, tossing to coat.
Cover the skillet and cook on low heat for about 3 to 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, toss the kale again and add about 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red peppers, adjusting for spice preference.
Cover the skillet again and let it cook for another 3 minutes.
Toss the kale once more, adding more salt to taste before serving.
