In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour, rice flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
In a separate bowl, cream together unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in regular milk, Salvadoran cream, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until smooth.
Fold in ricotta cheese until evenly distributed.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
