You will need some pizza dough. You can buy the dough that's already pre-made and pre-rolled out or you can go ahead and make it yourself and just roll it out into a big circle.
Use half a pound of thinly sliced beef salami and lay it out on top of the pizza dough, filling the entire surface.
Add green stuffed olives all over the pizza dough, ensuring even coverage.
Sprinkle a pack of raisins everywhere on the dough so every bite has a taste of sweet from the raisins and saltiness from the olives and salami.
Carefully roll everything up starting from the bottom, making sure to roll tightly to avoid air bubbles.
Pinch the sides to seal the filling inside while baking.
Poke the rolled bread with a fork to help the cooking process.
Crack an egg and apply egg wash on top of the bread for a golden brown finish.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 45 minutes to an hour without opening the oven.
After 45 minutes, check if the outside layer is golden brown to determine if it's ready.
