  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3Spread the potato mixture onto a greased pizza pan or baking sheet, forming a crust about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. 4Drizzle olive oil over the crust and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over the top.
  6. 6Sprinkle your choice of toppings over the sauce, followed by additional cheese if desired.
