Add 1 tablespoon of dry yeast to the lukewarm milk and stir to dissolve.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 450 grams of all-purpose flour and 120 grams of sugar.
Add the yeast mixture, 113 grams of melted butter, 2 eggs, and cinnamon to the dry ingredients; mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.
After resting, punch down the dough and fold in 50 grams of raisins and additional cinnamon to taste.
Divide the dough into small pieces and shape them into rolls.
Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet and cover them; let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
