1 Cup Carrots, Chopped Small (115g)
1 Cup Bok Choy, Shredded (44g)
1/2 Cup Mushrooms, Chopped (40g)
Salt to Taste
1 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce (15ml)
1 Teaspoon Ginger Puree
20 Wonton Wrappers
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil (120ml)

In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.

Add the carrots and leek and cook, stirring often, until softened.
