2 cups sweet potatoes
2 cups potatoes
1 medium onion
1 cup tomatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Wrap the beets in aluminum foil and bake them for 1 hour at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Scrub and peel the potato and sweet potato.
