Whole Grain Toast

2 slices whole grain bread
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 avocado (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
