6 Tazas de caldo de carne o de pollo con sal
1/4 Taza de Aceite o grasa de cerdo al gusto
2 Tazas de harina de maíz Doñarepa
1 Pechuga de pollo cocinada y desmenuzada
500 gramos de posta de cerdo cocinada y desmenuzada

In a large mixing bowl, combine masa harina, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and cumin.

Gradually add vegetable broth to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth dough forms.

Stir in the corn kernels, diced tomatoes, diced onion, and chopped cilantro until evenly distributed.

In a separate bowl, mix the vegetable oil into the masa mixture until well combined.

Grease a large pot or tamalera with oil and pour in a small amount of water (about 1 inch deep).

Spoon the masa mixture into the pot, spreading it evenly.

Cover the pot with a lid and steam over medium heat for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the masa is firm and cooked through.

Check occasionally to ensure there is enough water in the pot, adding more if necessary.

Once cooked, remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
