1 purple onion (quartered)
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon zest
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Cut chicken breasts into 1 1/2 thick pieces.

Cut zucchini into thick rings.

Cut red and yellow bell peppers into 1 1/2 thick pieces.

Quarter the purple onion.

In a bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, liquid smoke, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
