1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper (if using).

Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat all pieces.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

Check the internal temperature of the chicken; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
